Abu Dhabi GP Practice One: Valtteri Bottas ahead, Sebastian Vettel spins
While Sebastian Vettel finished the session to the obstacles valtteri Bottas began the final weekend of their F1 2019 year on top in first clinic for the Abu Dhabi GP after Lewis Hamilton and Max Verstappen.
Bottas, who is braced for a back-of-the-grid start in Sunday’s race, made the most of his new engine in a sexy opening session in Yas Marina, finishing over half a minute clear of his nearest competitors.
His 1:36.957 was also set on medium tyres compared to other people on softs.
Mercedes looked most at home but Verstappen did border Hamilton to place second, while Alex Albon was in another Red Bull.

Hamilton, that, as the champion of the season , briefly had the No 1 on the bonnet of his Mercedes instead of No 44, had a prior scare when reunite to the pits, but was down to some detector issue.

Romain Grosjean was a rare intruder to the regular leading of 2019 six because he impressed for Haas, whilst Kevin Magnussen was behind Leclerc.
McLaren, after wrap up fourth this year likely concentrating, were 11th and 17th throughout Lando Norris along with Carlos Sainz.
