Atlanta Falcons 18-26 New Orleans Saints: Saints’ Hill sinks Falcons for title

Taysom Hill blocked a punt to set up his own three-yard touchdown catch and??later scored on a 30-yard run because the New Orleans Saints clinched their third consecutive NFC South title by beating the Atlanta Falcons 26-18.
The Falcons had too little crime to keep pace with the Saints and Drew Brees, with Julio Jones inactive due to a shoulder injury. Atlanta recovered two onside kicks in the final minutes, including one with to make things interesting.
Cameron Jordan on a play in the New Orleans 44 sacked matt Ryan with 38 seconds remaining. Ryan was sacked nine times.
The Saints (10-2) atoned for their 26-9 house loss to the Falcons on Nov. 10. It had been the Saints only loss in their past 10 games.
The elastic Hill obstructed Ryan Allens punt to end the first ownership of Atlanta. The Saints took over at the Falcons 30, and four plays after Hill scored his first touchdown to the pass.
Hill ran 30 yards and took a direct snap to give New Orleans a lead late in the first half.
The unsatisfactory Falcons (3-9) solidified their grip on last position in the branch with their second straight home loss.
