Welsh rider Cooke, who retired in 2013, worked with Sutton when she won gold in the road race in the 2008 Beijing Games.
O’Rourke claims Sutton’s evidence must be”totally discarded” later he abandoned the hearing prematurely almost two weeks ago.
She also said that if Sutton’s evidence is thrown out, the four charges against former Team Sky and British Cycling medic Freeman”fall apart”.
However, General Medical Council attorney Simon Jackson QC stated Sutton had left the hearing a”direct consequence” of O’Rourke’s”bullying” during a stormy session.
O’Rourke said the Australian was a”serial liar” and”a doper using a doping history”.
Freeman has confessed 18 of 22 charges against himmade by the GMC, however, denies an integral claim of ordering headquarters at 2011 believing or understanding it had been meant to an athlete.
He says that he had been bullied by Sutton to purchase 30 sachets of Testogel to your coach dysfunction.
Had been due to appear for 2 days but only appeared for you.
However, Jackson said his departure was because he had been”placed in the public stocks” from O’Rourke, who made the”liar” and”doper” asserts ahead of Sutton giving evidence, knowing they’d be picked up from the attending press.
He said they had been created to”set him under pressure” and said his client left the tribunal in Manchester because of”direct result of her cross-examination”.
Jackson stated because it came from anonymous sources, some of the evidence was unfair, but O’Rourke countered it had been Jackson’s decision to ensure names were retained confidential and that she had the titles.
She stated Sutton’s dramatic departure denied her the opportunity to place more proof to him from”three people” and from Cooke and her dad, who O’Rourke explained were pleased to be named.
In the tribunal,” O’Rourke explained the rider, who has previously been critical of Sutton, as a”former 2002 Commonwealth Games and Olympic champion, and Shane Sutton had been her coach”.
Jackson said Sutton’s evidence”should be declared” given the 62-year-old had made himself available for 2 days but legal argument took away a number of the period when he was in Manchester.
He dismissed O’Rourke’s claims that Sutton was a”sole and decisive” witness since he was”a denier only” rather than an”accusatory witness”.
And in addition, he stated his client had answered inquiries related to the circumstance.
A furious O’Rourke subsequently said that it had been”amazing” that Jackson’s admissions comprised”not even a word about Sutton’s dreadful behaviour in the witness box”.
She added:”He had been threatening me, and threatening Richard Freeman.”
The tribunal is set to talk about the software together using O’Rourke set to create an application to have the four charges thrown out dependent on the end result.
