FA Cup round-up: Non-league AFC Fylde into third round

National League side AFC Fylde reserved their place in the FA Cup third round with a 2-0 triumph in seventh-tier Kingstonian.
The Isthmian League Premier Division hosts had conquered against League 2 Macclesfield 4-0 in the first round.
