Leicester 1-1 Norwich: Foxes held as Liverpool extend lead to 10 points
Leicester vs Norwich
3:00pm Saturday 14th December
The King Power Stadium
Since Norwich produced a display to make a 1-1 draw leicester fell 10 points.
Liverpool had extended his lead at the top courtesy of a 2-0 win over Watford at Anfield, but since Brendan Rodgers’ side sought to close the gap using a ninth consecutive league win, they ran to a resolute Canaries outfit that had been great value for their point.
Teemu Pukki gave the visitors the lead when he conducted free onto Emiliano Buendia’s through-ball to play his ninth domestic goal of the season (26).
Norwich’s advantage lasted only 12 minutes, however, as Tim Krul led Jamie Vardy’s header in James Maddison’s corner into his own net – although the hosts had been not able to complete the turnaround as Liverpool stretched their lead in the summit with a further two factors.
