Max Taylor: Manchester United defender gets first senior call-up following chemotherapy
Manchester United defender Max Taylor has received his first, 12 months after having chemotherapy treatment for testicular cancer.
The 19-year-old was named against Astana in Kazakhstan.
Taylor just returned in September to coaching after obtaining the all-clear from personnel.
United have already qualified for the knockout phase.
Manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has left all his players at Manchester.
Kieran McKenna and first-team coaches Michael Carrick have been excused the six-hour flight and also will work with Aston Villa at Old Trafford before Sunday’s Premier League experience with the squad of Solskjaer.
