Tour Championship: England’s Georgia Hall makes strong start in Florida
After carding an opening around five-under-par 22, the Georgia Hall of england created a strong beginning to the LPGA Tour Championship.
The 23-year-old carded six birdies and one bogey in Florida to sit two shots behind leader Kim Sei-young.
South Korean Kim struck five birdies and an eagle to get a 65.
Telephone number three Nelly Korda and kim’s compatriot Ryu So-yeon are in a share of second place alongside Hall after shooting 67s.
The Bronte Law, who claimed her first victory in the Pure Silk Championship in May of england, is tied for ninth.
