Week 12 NFL Last Chance Value Picks and Bookie Busters!
The Lions were initially represented by the NFL odds board as one-point street dot over the lowly Redskins at DC. But that number has jumped to 3 1/2 following an influx of people money that is most likely more of a fade to the Skins rather than an endorsement of the Lions. Not everybody is convinced that this one will be won by Detroit and I happen to be among them.
The Lions have not been better. Detroit is coming off of a 35-27 reduction to the Cowboys 209 metres through the atmosphere and leading a pair of touchdown strikes. Meanwhile, the Redskins dropped a 34-17 decision with rookie Dwayne Haskins tossing a pair of touchdown passes from the fourth quarter.
This one bodes well for the Redskins because their rushing attack will have a much easier time against the Lions than they did against the No.1 rated Jets run-stop defense. I like that Haskins will face a inept Detroit secondary and got a couple of notches on his holster. These are two groups without much separating them in terms of ability, so long as Matthew Stafford isn’t under center for Detroit, and now we are getting north of an area target which could loom rather large in a game that ought to be shut throughout.

The New England Patriots coming off of a road win in Philadelphia, covering as 4 1/2 point street chalk and are 9-1 on the season, yet are still not receiving any love from the general public. The masses have fallen difficult for Dak Prescott along with his stellar performance against the Lions in which he threw for a whopping 444 yards and three touchdowns death.
Thus, it’s not entirely surprising that Joe Q. Public is patting himself on the trunk he is currently funding an underdog in his NFL picks and not a prohibitive favorite. And yes, make no mistake this is public money and not wise-guy action since the simple fact of the matter is that Prescott will probably likely be facing a relentless and stubborn New England defense, ranked tops in almost each of the major defensive categories, this week compared to the matador defense of the Lions last week.
Playing from a defense against this ilk and at the Razor is a new world and don’t be shocked if the Patriots’ offense receives a boost with the return of left handle Isiah Wynn from injured reserve.
