Wilder v Fury II: Tyson Fury ‘expects’ third fight
Tyson Fury said he anticipated after he ended the American reign as WBC heavyweight world champion Deontay Wilder to request a fight.
The formerly undefeated Wilder was floored twice before his corner threw in the towel, but the Briton said”I know he is a warrior and I’ll be waiting”
Wilder has 30 days to ask for a rematch and Fury states”that there is but one location” for the struggle to happen.
“Over the street in the Allegiant Stadium in front of 70,000 fans,” the 31-year-old told BT Sport Box Office.
The champion won in seven rounds that were destructive at the MGM Grand Arena.
The pair drew their initial bout 15 weeks back but Fury stated he had been”underweight and over-trained”.
“I told everyone with a pair of ears that the Gypsy King would go back to the throne,” said the Briton.
“Everybody wrote off me. I am a destroyer. Not bad for somebody with pillow fists.”
